About:[OS2HW] backup device recco needed
I'm looking for a USB drive (my T23 only has USB 1.1, so would need one
with a power adapter also) in the 2-5 gig range for doing backups and
images.
Suggestions for one that works with OS2/eCS?
Why would you NOT buy from Staples etc an external USB drive and attach it
with a laptop-to-desktop IDE adapter cable? Or build your own with a a $30
box, any 3.5" internal (maxtor,wd, or seagate) HDD to stuff it with,
and, again, that adapter cable?
2-3 lbs heavier, yes, but {at}7200rpm much faster, and {at} $100-$125 total, much
less expensive.
