 Brazel gets up early, completes his chores, and then drives to
Roswell. A 75 mile trip. He stops at the office of Sherrif George A.
Wilcox. The sherrif is excited about the find and suggest the base be

  Glenn Dennis locates his nurse friend at 11:30 AM, who agrees to meet
for lunch. He drives out to the Officers Club. (Ibid, p.163)

  While waiting for the military officers to arrive, Wilcox dispatches
two deputies to the ranch. With only directions given by Brazel, they
try to find the site.
