JW> Geez you lot. Thanks for making me and all the
JW> other honestly unemployed people feel bloody guilty.

Good, you should. What its about is you making some decent provision
for the inevitable times when you wont be employed, saving some money
so you dont need to just stick your snout into the trough when the
inevitable happens, your current job stops. Why does it make the
slightest sense for you to spend it all while you are working, and
then expect US to support you when you aint currently working ?

JW> I have been on the dole now for several months because the company
JW> I used to work for decided it could do without its technical arm.

Yes, the days of a job for life are long gone. So YOU have to
ALLOW for that and not expect to be able to put your hand out
for a handout when the inevitable happens like that. YOU have
to make adequate provision for that sort of thing happening
and not just spend the lot when you are working because WE will
support you when you arent working and cant support yourself.

JW> Am I a parasite even though I have put in an average
JW> 10 applications a week since my redundancy?

Yes, you didnt make adequate provision for the inevitable time between jobs.

AND it aint about counting the applications per week either, by definition
if you arent finding the work in that time, you aint of any real interest
to the very large number of operations that have employed people in that
time and its about time you put a bit of thought into why OTHERS got those
jobs and YOU did not and get off your arse and FIX that problem YOU have.

JW> Take a look around people.

I do, and see heaps of parasites who dont try very hard to find work
because we are silly enough to pay they what is a pretty decent standard
of living to bludge. A HELL of a lot really dont try to hard to get a job.

JW> There are only so many jobs available.

Thats crap too. There are plenty of people CREATING jobs. Not
just sitting on their bums expecting others to find them one.
