Oh Blimey George firstly quoting from the 9-11 commission ain't exactly
going to help your case.
Secondly you could have said the exact same things wrt AQ & Libyan
intelligence. The job of an Intel org is to know about anything which might
affect the state.
The only intel org which seemed to have no ways into AQ was US intel &
look at the result....you went running to the Libyans etc who had "had
meetings between intel officers & AQ members".
Heck Iraqi intel had meeting with Kurdish rebel groups & Iranian
mil/pol/dips during the Iran-Iraq war so concluding that a meeting twixt an
intel org & another group is thus friendly is.......a bit naive.
