You will note very little said wrt breaking Iraq up into 3 states.

Was the dissolution of Yugoslavia a low level civil war, a centrifugal post
"dead hand of communism" event or....?

If shiastan decides to head off on it's own then which side is which part
of the INA going to come down on or is it going to split amicably? I'd not
bet on the latter.
