The "Display File" is what would be displayed if you were /not/ using the ANSI file lister template, ANSIFLST.XXX. If you're not using the lighbar stuff, it falls back to the oldschool listing format where there's a single 10 line or less ANSI header (optional via this setting, otherwise it uses the contents of the file list header in the prompt editor) before listing a page of files. Then you can usually set an option to display that ANSI only once, and it will continue to scroll your file listing, or every time you hit enter on a page to see more files, it can be set to re-display that ANSI at the top of the page each time, or some such.
