The problem was on my end. The difference between alphanumeric and
symbolic keywords and the limit on number of symbolic keywords was missing.
A little moving around of keywords should solve the problem.

More than sufficient! At this point, the only symbolic keywords in
PROGRESS that I can think of are , >, >=, <, <=, and =.
Hmmm. I'll bet that hyphen forces keywords into the symbolic class.
That'll add a few more---I'll take a look.
