Even the lawprof bloggers who think the NSA stuff doesn't pass
constitutional muster think that this opinion is so poorly written and
supported that it won't survive appeal.  The injunction will be set aside
almost immediately in all likelihood.  The entire opinion shortly after
that.

I wish things were such that Bush could follow Lincoln's example and just
put this bitch in a military prison.  I am so sick of idiot liberal judges
trying to get me and my family killed and to destroy our culture and way of
life.
