Nope. If I blow up the power station does your car stop working?
Do it's lights & electrics fail?
If not then if mil you have a source of power.
The mil is very rarely in the position of using the civie grid as it's only
power supply (ditto hospitals etc). Get a truck, hoik it off the ground,
get a generator & a belt et voila you're back in business.
However if you're a civie dependant upon the electric grid chances are
you're shafted.
If need be a mil org could work off squaddies pedaling stationary bicycles
hooked up to dynamos.
