You want names -- here are names of those who refused to testify and/or
refused to supply subpoenaed documents during the impeachment inquiry:
Mulvaney, Bolton, Perry, Barr, Cipollone, Pompeo, Pence, Esper,
Eisenberg, Duffey, Brechbuhl, and Vought.
Is that a big enough list for you?

It was/is not relevant to the current impeachment.  The current
impeachment is very precise -- Trump withheld aid to Ukraine in order to
get them to investigate the Bidens.
