You can also ask this question in the OS/2 Native BBS echo.  I don't think 
that you will get as many responses here as you will there.
As to connecting a BBS to the Internet, fire your questions away.  I know of 
a few BBSs that connect to port 80 (http standard) and you can use your 
favorite browser to navigate around them.
Also, the move from OS/2 Warp 3.0 to either Warp Connect/WarpServer might be 
good if you plan on providing a 24/7 connection and to act in the server 
de.
