--- Sez Bryan Erickson to Gary Smith ---
BE> Crack The Sky hasn't released a new studio recording since 1990's Dog
BE> City, however they have played shows in 1996...
BE> There was a 1994 release called "Rare!", but all of the music was
BE> recorded in preceding years with some of it already available on the
BE> three last releases.
I saw a CTS CD called _From The Greenhouse_ in the CHEAP bin at 2nd
Hand Tunes yesterday. Is this a good one?
BE> I have every release except "Photoflamingo" (1981) which I'll likely
BE> never find. It took me years to find "White Music" (1980) and I had
BE> nearly given up hope. There was also a recording made by the band
BE> before they were known as Crack The Sky. It was called "Spider Man:
BE> Rock Reflections of a Superhero" (1975). I've never heard this album
BE> and can't find it either.
I know I've seen this thing at the biweekly $2 sale at Great lakes Music.
I must've heard about CTS being involved (though I'd forgotten) since
I remember having a dream that the Move had done some great lost superhero
album and being disappointed when I realized it wasn't true...
