Then why do many in the gay community claim that you aren't gay unless you
have gay sex? Why is 'homosexuality' defined as 'having sex with people of
the same gender?'

No. In the Christian context, all sexual activity outside of marriage is
considered to be sinful. Christian churches in general, and the Episcopal
Church in particular, are on record as calling for fidelity in marriage and
chastity outside of marriage. It's not about sex, it's about being obedient
to God.

'Marriage' is a sacrament defined in the liturgy and doctrine of the
church. It consists of the union of husband and wife by God so that the two
become one flesh.
I just pointed out in another thread that words are representations of
ideas. The word 'marriage' simply has not been used to describe a
relationship between two wives or two husbands. This isn't a matter of
opinion or discussion or debate, but an empirical reality.
The only place where two wives can make a marriage is in your delusion, and
the general term we use for this is insanity. You have simply lost contact
with reality.
