Oh I hope not. If so your mil is in serious trouble.

Ball bearings (or more commonly/nastily nowadays "steel cubes")
are you're std AP warhead.

When you see shots of your helos/attack a/c unleashing some unguided
rockets then often there are a mix of warheads for "general
effect" headed down to earth.

You may as well ban the shotgun & the claymore etc while you're at it.
