It's not so much that they are nasty sodding things, it's also the fact
that in a situation like this where you are "not fighting lebanon
& the lebanese but..." then it is an active & deliberate
choice to leave small nasty ap devices lying around to kill some kiddies or
farm laborers in 6 months or 2 years from now.
It's akin to laying a minefield while keeping no maps.
Personally I think the manufacturers should be held liable coz then they do
summat about it ( e.g. tag all bomblets with something which makes the
uxb'es easy to find or increase the numbers which go off when
dropped.....or both).
