So they're old or the Israelis are lying.
Note the term :
"that are of limited use against military targets"
In Israeli terms that means "can't penetrate armour" i.e. are not
steel cubes which dependant upon their hardness can do nasty damage to
"light armour".
So they're old (which is good as otherwise they'd be much nastier) or the
Israelis are not telling the whole truth. My guess is some were of the
cubed warhead design.
