I sent in the fax form for upgrading a V.FC on sysop plan, on 9/9/96.
No response. Sent again in mid Oct with a request they call or fax an "I got
it" back to me--again, nothing. Phone called them a few days ago--long wait
on hold--they finally found my second order in the computer (nothing in their
records about the first order at all).
Reason offerred for delay is that "we're backordered on that; it will be 2-3
weeks still."
