Hi Kurt,
I just really want to chuck my $0.02 in the fire. I have a really hard
time with laws that deal with people being charged over inaction, rather
than action. Fine, you can say if I _do_ give a virus to someone I'm bad,
or if I _do_ plant a bomb in someone's backyard, then I'm bad, but I don't
think it's fair to say if I _don't_ stop unreliable people from taking my
viruses then I should be in trouble. How far must one go in taking these
precautions? Passwords? What the army uses, that level C2 or something,
no modem access at all? I'd hate to be charged with not doing something...
Steve
