I would recoment that you upgrade your OS/2 machines to Warp4 and upgrade
your DOS machines to OpenDOS. Both have built in networking. I would run
TCP/IP & NetBios for network protocols. I beleive you can use the LanServer
4 dos client to do peer-to-peer network for the dos machines to the OS/2
machines (Warp4 has built in peer-to-peer networking) for sharing the
modems and I would use tcp/ip software for the mail & chat. I don't think
there is any way to share the modems via tcp/ip but I amy be wrong.
