I just finished the newest Diane Mott Davidson, "The Grilling Season". I
wasn't too impressed. I'm not good at reviews, but this one didn't seem
to have much to it. Goldy's ex, The Jerk, is arrested for murder, and
since Arch whines a lot about it, she sets out to find out if he did it.
Their boarder, MacGuire, is sick, and sleeps through the whole book.
Even Goldy didn't seem to have her normal enthusiasm. I'd give it 3* out
of 10.
