There never was a LORD.DAT file created.  IIRC, this is a specific bug
concerning OS/2, but unfortunately, I can't remember anymore.  But this is
what I get when I run LORDCFG:

This version of LordCfg is not meant for your version of
Lord.

Cannot continue. Halting.

...there is no LORD.DAT file in the door's directory either.
