Those with external hammers can, under the right set of wrong circumstances.
I know of no case of Glock having been accused where it was not later
exonerated. Doesn't mean there hasn't been one - just that I have never
heard
of one. We are about the 7th largest police department in the US, so one
could be led to believe that if this were a common or even likely occurrence
that we'd've had a few by now - but we haven't.
