	I'm not selling brochures either.  
	Now, I do recall a discussion about whether the gravitational
constant and other fundamental physics constants might vary somewhat
over the lifetime of the universe, and how such might be checked.
(The checks have been made since, BTW, and the speculation didn't
pan out.)
	That is quite different from your assertion that "we already
have worked out how to do anti-gravity on paper.  It was then 
considered doable we just needed to work out the details."
