  There is NO other team from Atlanta playing in the NHL.  Maybe this 
is another league or something?   But right now...Atlanta is out
of the NHL.

   I am sure someone else will be playing goal for the Russian National
Team.  The population, and the depth of the farm system in Russia will
supply whomever to represent Russia.  I can not recall who said they
were not going to play.   I have heard nothing more on this, so
perhaps it was gossip.  The media always comes up with some wild
storys sometimes.

When I think of the media, I think back to 1972, and their
prediction that CANADA would win all games!   I never laughed so
hard when after the first game, and Canada lost, that they back
pedaled and found every excuse, except that players from the
then USSR were just as good, equal and in some cases better.

I also remember the last game, where at our work..all work stopped
as we were watching the game on TV.

Anyway... keep skating...passing...looking for that break.
