Here's a little more info about a possible sighting of Orac in Red Dwarf.

Funnily enough I've changed my mind. Orac was more rectangular, this thing was
square, Orac had more coloured lights in it, and not just in the sphere in the
middle. Perhaps it's a stripped down version, and in between times they needed
the fairy lights for a Christmas office party at the BBC.
