  Sick cases such as the following make a MOCKERY of everything America is
supposed to stand for. The American People can't and won't take much more
of this, that's a certainty.

  Heroic U.S.-citizen Border Patrol agents each get over a decade in prison
for (allegedly) shooting an armed illegal alien drug smuggler in the butt
(it now appears the smuggler's narcotrafficker bosses may ehave done it,
angry that he lost an 800-pound load of marijuana) while illegal aliens
kill multiple people and are sentenced to a small fraction of what the
citizens were given -- and the homicidal illegals STILL aren't satisfied
(read the last line of the report excerpted below.)

for Edilberto Martinez-Cardenas, the man who in 1993 killed three friends
in a drunken driving crash.

He was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison -- less than he could have received ...

Blood tests showed that Martinez-Cardenas was legally drunk when the crash occurred.

Although Martinez-Cardenas kept a high profile in Seattle's Latino
community, he managed to avoid police for more than a decade after he had
been charged ...

Martinez-Cardenas also drew support from several leaders of Holy Family
Parish, a Seattle Catholic church where he volunteered as a couples
counselor ...

Ultimately, the 3 1/2-year sentence Ramsdell handed out was the shortest
available to him ...

Prosecutors could have requested that Martinez-Cardenas serve an additional year ...

Martinez-Cardenas may also face deportation to his native Mexico following
his imprisonment, according to court officials ...

After the hearing, Martinez-Cardenas' lawyer, Ali Nakkour, said his client
is weighing his appeal options.
