Perhaps they are.  Somehow I had it in my mind that Palestinians considered
themselves different from Arabs, just like Iraqi's or Afghani's don't
consider themselves Arabs.  Maybe I'm wrong and they are all Arabs. 
Doesn't really matter for purposes of the discussion.
