Jasen, the problem was corrected by re-establishing the PGP environment
variable "SET PGPPATH=C:\PGP262".  I don't know what happened,
but that line completely disappeared out of the config.sys.  Very odd.

I've since jumped up to v5.0iGA and it also works quite well!
