Sure, you can transfer a file between a known PC and a known Mac.  But
what about transferring a virus between a known Mac and some unknown, way
futuristic super-sonic, hyperbolic alien mega-mother-ship?
Now there's a thought...if this ship was so futuristic, how come it didn't
even have McAffee's? :-)
