Never saw that message. I created a plenty of console apps and always
compiled them in the IDE.

Hm, there are 5 hello.cpp's on my CD but none of them are for command line
(all MFC & OLE samples). But if you mean a simple hello.cpp that printf a
string or << it to cout, that works fine. But to make it go on cmd line above
I have to set a bunch of environment vars.
