Ok folks, due to a certain COMPLETE WHINGING BASTARD who will
remain nameless, I have created a PQWK216, it was tested by
Brenton and it works fine, so I immediately scrapped it and
read the docs for PID and found that I can't go PID: PQWK216,
I have to go PID: PQWK 2.16.

So I made that change for PQWK217. Of course, you wouldn't
have noticed that in the first place, but I do.

Anyway, I would have released it into the PDOMAIN TIC echo, but
in case I compiled it wrong, I thought I'd wait until I see you
guys using it before I do that.

As far as I can tell, with your old versions of PQWK (ie prior
to PQWK216) you shouldn't have been able to send netmail messages
overseas. You should now be able to do that. Obviously PQWK
users are largely xenophobes.

You can FREQ PQWK217 from me by FREQing PQWK*.*. Brenton, I've
attached it to you already. BFN. Paul.
