You probably want the default route on the client to send all packets out
on the NIC port that eventually connects to the firewall computer.

Once you get this set up correctly, you should have no trouble setting up
the routing on the firewall computer to get the packets back.

BTW, it's not clear to me if you intend to leave Injoy active or you are
going to use the DLink's firewall.  You can do it either way. I use just
the DLink because it has no connection limits.
