Umm...to tell the truth I really don't know. The legal profession gets to
hazy on this stuff. Maybe it's all in the intention. But that doesn't really
work either, because people could give each other harmless viruses, and then
one day one is defective and crashes computers... "I didn't mean to do any
harm, your honour!".
This is why I just hate the whole legal profession...also because I don't
understand it, and it's so slow.
