That's the same old tired left wing crap Eleanor Smeal used to sling around
on the McLaughlin group.  I guess she does as good a job as one could
expect a secretary to do.

The poor and the middle class threw the murdering thieving Sandinistas out
as soon as the Sandinistas dared to let them vote.  In their place the
contras or people supported by the contras rose to power, and there was no
dictatorship.  There was an Ortega/Sandinista dictatorship before they
screwed up, thought they had intimidated all the voters enough that they
wouldn't dare vote against them, and then held an election (which they lost
overwhelmingly).  They then voted all the national treasury and many
national physical assets of great value over to the Sandinista party, and
left power (sort of, but refused to relinquish control of the military -
lest they be forced to give back all that they had STOLEN).
