The "exec" line in binkd.cfg should include not only the script path, but also the file pattern. So,
/z/in/*.[STFWMstfwm][ouaherOUAHER][0-9A-Za-z] *.[pP][kK][tT]
should follow exec "nice -n 19 /usr/local/bin/copypkt.sh".
