IMO, rhetorical questions are dumb questions.  Also, if one is going to put
a statement in the form of a rhetorical question, then that person is being
ineffective, for example:
"Does a bear poop in the woods?", can be better stated as "a bear poops in
the woods."  The difference is, that in the first example the question
seems to be asking for some kind of approval, and in the second it is a
statement of fact.
