I can think of a few options, but I would like to hear what others say!
1) Buy it on floppy,which is what MS wants and tries to force you to do
by there licence agreements.
2)Purchase a CD-ROM drive for your laptop.
3) Use a program like laplink to read directly from the CD on D-drive to
the hard disk of the laptop, I don't think you can transfer any other
way,unless you can find all the files on the desktop hard drive. I could
not.
I will be interested to hear what others have to say.
