This can be true.  It doesn't HAVE to be though.  I think Ward has been
sincere in his efforts, and the problems live mostly elsewhere.  I don't
believe delegating communication to another to be the wisest move though.

Oh... I had been working on one too, if you recall.  None can be so
dramatically proposed, and still hope to pass muster.
