I see a differnt set of values in the current structure.  There's a
bigger problem in acheiving our goals than power mongering... lack of
communication.  Even Ward has stated that few within his zone have
responded.  Language barriers and unresponsive *C don't help matters.

There's little in our proposal to threaten the *C's power.  If they see
such, it's likely due to constant statements like yours.    That's
not a dis, mind you... just a reality.  You use vinegar and I use sugar.
Who do you think will draw more ants?  ;-)
