I don't know. It's not in my current log. It may be in an old
log, but I expect the answer is Rod Speed. And if it isn't him,
then whoever did upload it will probably butt in anyway.
BTW Keith, when you send me something like IDEFAQ, I don't know
that it's there unless you send me a message. It was only because
I was looking for Frank's stuff that I saw it, and had a guess
what it was. Rod Speed FREQ'd it just a few hours later.
