Sure.  Select the item you want to use, Press the Right Mouse Button.  This 
will bring up a menu.  Select Settings.  Modify the program page to remove 
the call to linkup.exe.  Registration of In-Joy at the advanced level is 
required in order to get the Dial-On-Demand feature.
