It will once you recall that protocol.ini defines the assignment of the
logical LANx values to physical NICs. For example:
[TCPIP_NIF]
BINDINGS = E100BEO2_NIF,E1000_NIF
DriverName = TCPIP$
The 100MB NIC is LAN0 and the 1GB NIC is LAN1.
In your case, only your 1st NIC is configured and usable.
NETBIOS adapter assignments are similar. but the syntax differs:
[NETBIOS]
DRIVERNAME = NETBIOS$
ADAPTER0 = TCPBEUI$,0
ADAPTER1 = NETBEUI$,1
