They'll need at least IE4. I don't think you
have to worry about being backward compatible to IE4
from IE6 unless you're getting into involved usage of
the DOM. In other words, the DOM has changed a bit
since v.4 and that affects the WB control because it IS
IE, but the WB control properties haven't changed.
