I agree that he's dumb for using his ATM card for everything, but there's more
than enough info here, combined with my own expereinces in implementing
such software that lead me to believe that there is some credibility to his
story, but there
isn't enough detail for me to deduce what caused his account to get flagged. It
could have been repeated transactions, it could have been an out-of-pattern
transaction, it could have been a bad rule, a bad model-there just isn't
enough
here to go on.
