from 1:153/757 to 1:3634/12

Exported to /sbbs/ftn/netmail/5915.msg

2020-04-22 14:51:38 Deleting /sbbs/ftn/in/secure/bb846226.pkt (from line 6013)

2020-04-22 14:51:38 Packing NetMail (5915.msg) from Alan Ianson (1:153/757) to
Rick Smith (1:340/202.1), attr: 0001, subject: A test

2020-04-22 14:51:38 Routing NetMail (5915.msg) to 1:261/38

that one was fine... looking at the Packing line, the message contained only
the PRIvate bit so it was properly routed...

i'm not sure how the one richard sent routed to rick was marked as crash... i
suspect because richard has my system configured for crash status... let's test
that... please set my record in your tosser for crash status instead of normal
status and try sending another one... i want to see if the netmail arrives here
with "attr: 0003" meaning it is PRIvate and CRAsh...

if that doesn't pack the netmail with the CRAsh bit set, then there's another
setting in the BBS FTN networking config that allows to "send netmail with
crash status"... try enabling that and sending another test netmail to rick's
point... one of these two settings will pack the message with the CRAsh bit
set... hopefully you're not yet running the latest fixed tosser code... i'll
check my logs in a little while... i have a few things to do so will be away
from the system for a bit...

thanks for helping to test this! :)
