I bought a SupraExpress and was unable to get it to work. Tech Support's
comment was to buy another modem with jumpers. ... well, that made me
feel good ... so I tried to sell it. Potential buyer asked me about
the original receipt - I had sent it in to Supra for a rebate. Asked
Supra about transferring the warranty; also asked about possibilities
of swapping my brand new modem for something that will work. That was
3 weeks ago. My sale fell through because I didn't have an answer and
it is obvious Supra could care less about me.
