well i searched the PDF file again again using keywords Linux, Unix, and
operating each individually and the only relavent hit was, " Linux does
well under multitasking". In the whole 140 page document there is no
indication the 56kflex SupraExpress modem supports Linux, even the
support listing for help on different platforms make no mention of
Unix or Linux. I guess this would be a fine modem for Dos with supplied
software or window 3.x or 95 but as I intend to run Linux on both
boxes it's a bust for me. thanx for your input it was worth a second
look as this modem in all other respects meets my requirements, thanx.
