                Howdy!
                        Is this rig MARS/CAP modifyable?? I hold a mars call, 
as well as a CAP "ROP" card. As you might could tell, from the earlier 
message from me, my nephew done messed me over. 
                Thanks.... usually, they will say in the manual if they can 
be modded.
