No, the cubes were inaccessible. However, I think that they could be easily
modified with tactile labels. One immediately thinks of Braille, but it does
not necessarily need to be Braille. For example, there are paint pens at
craft
stores that are used to create designs on T-shirts that leave a raised line.
You could peel all of the colored labels off the cube, then use one of these
pens to put a raised glob of paint on each cube face, say, one big dot on all

squares on one side, etc. Or, better yet, you could glue squares of material
with different textures to all sides of the cube, then use an exacto knife to
cut the lines between each of the little cubes. Hmmm, I might have to make
one
of those just to see if it would work...
