I'd suggest as an alternative, you look at getting a second internal harddisk that (with its propriety adapter) that goes on the ultrabay 2000 connection, in place of the CD Drive while you're doing your backup. Perhaps see if you can find one on eBay. This is simply a second EIDE harddisk device and is supported by OS2-eCS. Alternatively, look at adding a usb 2.0 PCMCIA card to connect to an external USB 2.0 harddisk. You'd need to check the chipset on the PCMCIA card to see if it is supported by OS/2 in this case however. Cheers/2 Ed. ------------------------ Yahoo!
